Made of printed canvas and fine mesh. Unissued New Old Stock (NOS) condition. A must-have accessory for any Pacific war helmet display.

An exceptional identified artifact from the Vietnam War helicopter war. This K-2B Cotton Flight Suit belonged to Aviator Nathan N. Withington, a pilot with the 191st Assault Helicopter Company (AHC). The distinctive "Yosemite Sam" patch identifies him as a member of the elite "Bounty Hunters" Gunship Platoon. The suit retains the original leather nametag and the manufacture label dated 4 April 1966.

Finding indigenous gear in this state of preservation is exceptionally rare. This pack features the classic two-pocket design and the distinctive metal "X-Frame" suspension system. Harper. The rig consists of a 1960s-produced steel pot (McCord) paired with a Korean War era fiberglass liner (Micarta) – a classic configuration for Vietnam. The liner boasts a beautiful crazed exterior patina and an original pinned rank insignia on the front. A superb named piece ready for research!
