Used Blouse Coat, Man's Combat, Tropical 3rd pattern. Size Medium Regular. The blouse is sewn with "in country-made" patches. US tape. Army and name tag are directly sewn into the uniform. The 1st Air Cavalry patch is mass-produced in a color with a thin border, additionally dyed to a darker shade. The jacket has a few stains and holes see photo.

The Associated Press made an unprecedented commitment to reporting the conflict: It gathered an extraordinary group of superb photojournalists in its Saigon bureau and these men created one of the great photographic legacies of the twentieth century. 60s Vietnam War Vietnamese-Made US Army Branch Tape

A 1960s Bancroft green beret. This is a private purchase. The beret is signed Wilson. Size fits 7 1/4. The De Opresso Liber badge is slightly oxidized green on the back. The vinyl insert and lining is cigarette burned in one spot. Overall the beret is in very nice condition.

Original packed kit for mountain units. Year of manufacture 1969.
