ERDL Brown Dominant Theater Made Jacket - M-R

A rare experimental garment with elite provenance. These "Trousers, Man's, Combat, Temperate" (Contract 7914) come directly from the estate of a US Special Forces veteran. The trousers are in a unique condition: laundered and then subjected to an extreme "Heavy Starch", making the fabric board-stiff with razor-sharp creases. This represents the classic "Strac" appearance maintained by SF troopers in garrison during the Vietnam era.

An incredible find for Vietnam War collectors: An original ARVN (Army of the Republic of Vietnam) Rucksack in Unused / Unissued condition. Finding indigenous gear in this state of preservation is exceptionally rare. This pack features the classic two-pocket design and the distinctive metal "X-Frame" suspension system. Condition Note: The pack is missing the side utility straps. The metal hardware shows oxidation/verdigris consistent with long-term storage.

A highly elusive piece for the advanced M7 collector: The US M7 Bayonet manufactured by FZR (Fraser Manufacturing Corp.). Fraser is considered one of the rarest Vietnam-era contractors, having produced only an estimated 40,000 units across two contracts in 1971 and 1972. Finding one in this condition is exceptional. The crossguard is stamped "M7 FZR". Paired with a correct period M8A1 scabbard by TWB.

A pristine example of the most desirable private-purchase headgear in US Army history: The Morry Luxenberg "Green Beret". Sourced directly from the estate of Special Forces soldier "Norton" (service spanning Vietnam to the 1990s). Luxenberg berets, often Made in England, were prized by operators for their superior wool quality and "shaved" appearance. This item is Unissued/New Old Stock, retaining the rare plastic shield over the diamond logo with the original price sticker still attached. Size 7 1/8.

A highly desirable Technical Manual (TM 9-1005-249-14) dated August 1966. This manual is a treasure trove for early Vietnam War collectors. It covers the maintenance and repair of the M16 and XM16E1 rifles, but its primary value lies in the inclusion of the XM148 40mm Grenade Launcher. The XM148 was an experimental, failure-prone predecessor to the M203, used briefly by US Special Forces. Original documentation for the XM148 is extremely scarce.

A fantastic example of a Vietnam War era "Theater Made" USMC OG-107 Utility Shirt. This piece features modifications typical of Marines stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Notable details include a directly embroidered black EGA on the pocket and a custom embroidered name tape (GRENNAN C.J. JR) sewn inside the collar. Additionally, the Marine's name is boldly stenciled across the back. The size tag is missing, but fits like a Small to Medium-Short.

This item was sourced directly from Vietnam, adding to its provenance. It is in "Salty" / combat-worn condition, featuring holes near the collar and a missing pocket button. The sleeve shows a distinct "Ghost Patch" outline where insignia was removed. Fits like a US Small.
