A world-class collector's piece: A complete US SOF Experimental Kit from 2004, widely regarded as "The Missing Link" between the legacy SPEAR ELCS and the modern MLCS/SFLCS systems. This sterile (unmarked) prototype kit was produced for Test & Evaluation (T&E) by Tier 1 units, specifically Delta Force (CAG) and Navy SEALs, before the adoption of Eagle Industries gear. It features a unique hybrid design never seen in mass production.

This is not surplus; this is developmental history.

  • The Research: In the early GWOT years (2003-2004), SOCOM sought to replace the bulky Safariland ELCS. This kit represents a losing contender or an early prototype from that trial phase. It features ELCS-style panel geometry but with MLCS-style pouches and materials.

  • Provenance: Acquired from a former US Navy SEAL. Reportedly, these kits were passed down from CAG (Delta) stocks for testing purposes.

  • Condition: Mixed / Mostly Unused. Most pouches are mint. A select few items show signs of use and custom rattle-can camouflage paint, adding undeniable authenticity.

  • Features: "Sterile" construction (no manufacturer tags). Includes H-harness/Load Bearing Panels and a comprehensive suite of pouches. Deployment bag included (no internal divider).
